From 23 to 26 October 2023, our export conference took place at GUTMANN Bausysteme GmbH. On the first day, the participants were warmly welcomed by Max Radt, Sales Director International Projects, and received a comprehensive overview of the company's facts and figures as well as an inspiring report from Managing Director Arnd Brinkmann. The participants immersed themselves in a variety of workshops to jointly develop solutions for the upcoming challenges and opportunities of the coming year.
Especially remarkable were the workshops that focussed intensively on the sales budgets for 2024. Here, goals and strategies for retail and direct sales were eagerly discussed to ensure that GUTMANN continues to be successfully represented in 19 European countries. Equally important was the workshop on strengthening the "GUTMANN" brand, led by Paul Barden, Country Director UK & Ireland, who provided valuable insights into the brand identity.
The second day of the conference began with informative presentations on technical innovations and training requirements. In further workshops, the participants were able to discuss marketing campaigns for 2024 and internal processes.
Another highlight was the evening brewery tour, which provided an ideal opportunity for networking and exchanging experiences.
